Sanford Clinic Lakefield and Sanford Clinic Jackson recently introduced a new service, My Sanford Chart, to their patients.

My Sanford Chart provides easy and secure internet access to portions of patients’ personal health information, to schedule appointments online, renew prescriptions, get lab results and email their care team. As the only healthcare organization in this area to offer a service like this, Sanford Health’s My Sanford Chart gives users many of the online conveniences they have been asking for and deserve.

“I’m very proud to offer this service to my patients because I know how much it will enhance the care I provide for them,” stated Dr. Ram Paneru, MD. “This service gives our clinic’s patients the ability to have their health information available when they wish to view it.”

Sanford Clinic patients in Jackson or Lakefield may sign-up for My Sanford Chart by visiting www.mysanfordchart.org, or by speaking with any member of the clinic medical staff.

“This system will allow access to their healthcare team when it is convenient for them,” said Jennifer Tewes, Clinic Director. “If a patient notices at 10 p.m. that their prescription needs to be renewed, they no longer have to wait until the morning to call our clinic. They simply login to My Sanford Chart and request a renewal online. My Sanford Chart is about convenience for our patients.”

My Sanford Chart is part of Sanford Health’s electronic clinical information system. When fully implemented across the entire Sanford Health system patients will have one clinical record available to every Sanford Health facility.
