The Heart Screen is Coming to Lakefield!
Heart Diesease is the #1 Cause of Death Among Americans.
When it comes to heart attack, early detection could save your life. Take control and know your numbers. The Heart Screen includes; EKG, Blood Pressure, Heart Score CT and Lipid Panel.
The screening will be available in Lakefield in the Bank of the West parking lot on August 30 and 31 from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The cost is $50.
